Bharatmata Pratishthan Trust follows a strict no-refund policy for donations. However, in exceptional cases, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally make multiple donations, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction.
Technical Errors: If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, we will verify and process the refund within 5-7 working days.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
